Miss World Philippines 2012 Queenierich Rehman Showed Off Her Talent (Video)

Miss World 2012 Philippines candidate Queenierich Rehman showed her beatbox talent on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, during the talent portion for the said beauty pageant. It was held at the Ordos Theater, Inner Mongolia, China. As the Filipina beauty wowed the crowd with his outrageous talent that she showed with the audience.

According to the official website of the Miss World 2012,Miss Philippines she landed on the Top 5 Talent Finals for her beatboxing talent. She was joined by Miss China, Miss Panama, Miss Norway, and Miss Jamaica, The grand coronation night to be held on August 18, 2012, also in Ordos, China.

Miss Jamaica showed her dancing skills that night, while candidates from China,Panama, and Norway sang. For Miss Philippines, Ms. Rehman initially sang in a gentle tune but later surprised the crowd with her beatbox talent, along with some hip-hop beats and dance routine.

She was also heard breaking into Usher‘s “Yeah” and Cali Swag District‘s “Teach Me How to Dougie,”. And the host requested her to go down to the crowd to teach her beatboxing skills to a member of the audience. The two then performed a duet that made the crowd going wild.

“The first time I heard Justin Timberlake beatbox in his music video, Rock Your Body in 2003, I was so amazed and thrilled to learn it. Finally, I recorded it in my phone and listened to it over and over again until I learned the basics. From then on, my beatboxing skills developed as I watched tutorials online, the rest was history.”she said during an interview for MissWorld.com.

Rehman, 23, a Filipina-Pakistani, who was one of the finalists of the Binibining Pilipinas 2011, whereShamcey Supsup won the title, won the Miss World 2012 Philippines beauty pageant last June, where she also showcased her beatbox talent, also shown below.
