  2. Heres the deal, I just learned about the Philhealth cares yesterday (2/14) so I immediately submitted my resume thru email, the thing is when I tried to submit the required online application it had shown me an error message like internet explorer problem so I dunno if it was successfully done. Nevertheless, I tried making application again this day but it says that the prc is already available. Can somebody tell me what would that probably mean? thanks.
