PAGASA’s Website Inaccessible Amidst Tropical Storm Helen

The web portal of state weather bureau PAGASA as their servers down Monday afternoon, August 13, while Tropical Storm Helen battered Northern Luzon.

According to the official Twitter account of PAGASA,(@dost_pagasa),

their website experiencing technical difficulties. You can access their mirror website kidlat10.pagasa.dost.gov.ph for updates regarding Tropical Storm Helen.

Update: By 6:55 PM state weather bureau  PAGASA web portal is back online.
