March 2012 LET Board Passers for NCR Takers Schedule of Registration and Requirements

Because of the large number of newly licensed teacher in the March 2012 Licensure Examination for Teachers or LET, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) decided to divide the passers according to surnames.

Here is the PRC posted schedule and requirements for registration:

• May 2, 2012: Elementary – Surnames starting from A – B
• May 3, 2012: Secondary – Surnames starting from A – B
• May 4, 2012: Elementary – C – D
• May 7, 2012: Secondary – C – D
• May 8, 2012: Elementary – E – K
• May 9, 2012: Secondary – E – K
• May10, 2012: Elementary – L – M
• May 11, 2012: Secondary – L – M
• May 14, 2012: Elementary – N – Q
• May 15, 2012: Secondary – N – Q
• May 16, 2012: Elementary – R – S
• May 17, 2012: Secondary – R – S
• May 18, 2012: Elementary – T – Z
• May 21, 2012: Secondary – T – Z
• May 22, 2012 – Onwards: Those who cannot come on their scheduled date

Requirements for Registration:
- Duly accomplished Oath Form
- 1 pc 1×1 colored picture with white background and complete name tag
- 1 pc short brown envelope
- Recent cedula
- 2 pcs. documentary stamps.
- Initial registration fee of Php 600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of Php 450.00 FOR 2012-2015
