Two of Hollywood controversial stars, Golden Globe nominee Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan, confirmed to make an appearance in ‘s “Scary Movie 5″, according to a report by Examiner.com.
Following actress Ashley Tisdale‘s nods to play a ballerina in Lee’s upcoming directorial two months ago, “Freaky Friday” star is joining the latest instalment of the horror comedy parody movie franchise, which started 12 years ago for the first time.
The youngest son of Golden Globe Award winner Martin Sheen, will return to the film series for the third time after playing Tom Logan in the two previous “Scary Movie” sequels.
Meanwhile, “Scary Movie”‘s Anna Faris, is expected not to return for the fifth installment of the said hilarious flick, which by now consist of Pamela Anderson, Ashley Tisdale, Erica Ash, Cloris Leachman and Carmen Electra.
“Scary Movie” franchise managed to gross $800 million at the worldwide box office. There are some rumors have it that the said film will feature spoofs about “127 Hours”, “Black Swan”, “Paranormal Activity” and “Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes”.
The “Mean Girls” star will next be seen in “Liz And Dick”, a television movie about the relationship between the late Elizabeth Taylor and Welsh actor Richard Burton.
“Scary Movie 5” is set to be release in cinemas in April 2013.
