Some websites posted that Rogue Magazine January 2012 issue has been decoded!  See below the details of the said decoded  January 2012 issue of Rogue Magazine.

Here is how the decoder explain the image on the cover:

ROUE (instead of ROGUE; noun) = “A dissolute man in a fashionable society.”
Snake = “A reptillian representation of treachery and deceit.”
Decapitation = “Capital punishment for nobleman guilty of treason or betrayal.”
(KC’s) Ass = “A state of being foolish or stupid.”
One-legged (KC; adjective) = “In effectual because certain basic elements, measures. etc are lacking: (One-Legged Legislation).”

People behind the mag were so impressed that they wanted to give the ‘decoder’ a prize.

“Whoever did this decoded version of our cover please get in touch with us. It’s Amazing! We’d love to send you a prize,” Rouge in its Twitter account said.
