Gary Valenciano, Shapes Up Next Singing Superstar in “The X Factor Philippines”

Mr. Pure Energy, Gary Valenciano, will help the country search for the next singing superstar after being named the second judge-mentor in the biggest singing-reality competition “The X Factor Philippines.”

Gary will utilize his 29 years of experience as a concert performer, endorser, host, and actor to spot who among the auditionees have the ‘x factor.’ Select contestants will be mentored and trained by Gary himself to better prepare them for the last and final stage of the competition.

From vocal quality, image, projection, stage presence, and many more, Gary, alongside other judge-mentors, will be tasked to turn finalists to total performers. ABS-CBN earlier announced that Concert King, Martin Nievera, is one of the four judge-mentors.

“The X Factor” is a world-renowned musical franchise by Simon Cowell that started in the UK. ABS-CBN bagged the exclusive rights to localize the program with KC Concepcion as host. The show will also give away the biggest prize for a talent search in the history of Philippine TV.
