The Department of Health announced that it will deploy 22,500 nurses and more than 4,000 midwives in DOH accredited hospitals across the country.
Registered Nurses is expected to assign for Health Enhancement and Local Service (RN Heals) to health institutions in poor communities nationwide and midwives to Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) areas.

You can submit your application thru Centers for Health Development for Public Health Training in the Rural Health Units or to DOH hospitals for applicants interested in clinical/hospital training up to November 29, 2012.
Successful applicants will be part of the fourth batch of the RN HEALS, a training/volunteer program of the government which will deploy thousands of nurses and midwives to rural health settings, where they will help deliver health care services.
The training will be from January 2, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
