Here are some of the dishes that I’ve ate in Chef’s Noodle:

Chef’s Noodle (Php 150)
Chef’s Noodle’s signature dish; topped with tamago, spouts, fried tofu, jun-ya, kutchai, and the choice of the restaurant’s secret seafood or beef broth.
This is one of my favorite, the broth is fantastic it is boosting with a lot of favors and according to them it takes 8 hours just to make the broth.

Bibim Noodles (Php 130)
Cold noodles topped with bulgogi, tamago, Korean bean sprouts, kutchai, and our Chef’s Noodle’s version of sweet and spicy Bibim Sauce.
I must say this is the hottest dish on the menu, tip guys if you don’t like uber hot tell the waiter that make the sauce a little bit mild.

Japchae (Php 130)
Sweet potato noodles (dangmyeon) stir fried in sesame oil with vegetables and cooked bulgogi.
Their version of Japchae is not to sweet like in the other restaurants but this one is so tasteful.

Starking Fire Sushi (Php 160)
Sushi rice topped with thinly sliced australian beef torched and served with special sushi sauce.
Chef’s Noodle signature sushi, a must try dish! Its not your ordinary sushi, the presentation and premium taste is fantastic.

Seafood Pajun (Php 99)
Korean Seafood pancake with fresh shrimps and squids, spring onion and bell pepper.
A good pair to any noodle dish on the menu.
They serve kimchi as complementary appetizer to every customer who dine at Chef’s Noodle. so next time you plan on having Korean food for lunch or dinner and your near La Salle Taft try Chef’s Noodle. For me I can’t wait to go back and try their Bibimbap and Spicy DDukbokki.
