Azkals won the covet 2012 Philippine Peace Cup

The Philippine Azkals won over Chinese Taipei, 3-1, during the finals held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium, and become champions of the inaugural Philippine Peace Cup.

Fil-German Dennis Wolf gave the first goal during the 10th minChiefy Caligdong scored at the 34th minute, while American–born Pinoy footballer Porteria contributed another at the 43rd minute.

They scored 9 points for winning all of their 3 games in the tournament.
